Genesis HCC is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead training and development within our Healthcare & Medical Services environment. This role is designed to advance clinical competencies, support innovative patient care, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate onboarding, in-service education, and ongoing development programs that align with Genesis's compassionate, collaborative culture and commitment to maximizing patient outcomes and professional growth.
In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to nursing, medical, and administrative leaders, assessing competency gaps and developing targeted learning plans for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through the design and evaluation of staff development programs, the creation of engaging training materials and e-learning modules, and the monitoring of regulatory changes to keep education programs current. By maintaining LMS records and managing external education vendors, you will ensure that every team member has the skills and knowledge required to deliver the highest standard of care.
