About the Role
AMN Healthcare is recruiting a full-time Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC). This position supports the launch of the brand-new Echo Cliffs Health Center, scheduled to open in Fall 2026.
The role offers a unique 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts and no weeknight or weekend call requirements. The schedule is split between outpatient and inpatient settings: 2–3 days per week are dedicated to the outpatient clinic at Echo Cliffs, while 1–2 days per week are spent providing inpatient care and first assist at the Tuba City Medical Center.
Clinical Focus
This position focuses on general orthopedics and podiatry, excluding spine, head, and neck procedures. The clinical scope includes knees, shoulders, hands, sports medicine, and fractures, as well as diabetic foot wounds and deformities. The team averages approximately 800 surgeries per year. We are open to both new graduates and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
