As a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. This role allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment: their home. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room in an independent living facility, you will develop and deliver physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will work collaboratively with patients and caregivers to promote independence, productivity, and overall wellness, ensuring a sustainable way of feeling better, moving better, breathing better, and living better.
