The IT Department is seeking a tactical and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the company's agility transformation and continuous improvement efforts. This contract role focuses on driving and managing organizational change within IT projects and operations, ensuring the successful implementation of change management strategies, tools, and activities.
As a key partner to stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end change management methodology. Your day-to-day will involve conducting stakeholder analysis, aligning leadership, executing communication and engagement plans, assessing change impacts, developing training needs, and measuring change success. You will guide teams through adoption in a complex, matrixed organization, applying agile principles to effectively manage scope and mitigate risks.
This is an onsite position located in Downtown Houston. The role requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on-site.
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in IT change management, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on IT initiatives. This is not a senior role; the ideal candidate has 5 years or less of OCM experience.
A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP) are considered a plus.
