Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is a designated organ procurement organization (OPO) within the state of Tennessee and a proud member of the DCI Donor Services family. For over four decades, DCI has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Organ Recovery Coordinator (ORC) to join our team in the Nashville area. This role is designed for professionals who want to utilize their critical care skills with a higher level of autonomy and provide a lifeline to those waiting for an organ transplant.
Using their nursing background, ORCs oversee the process of procuring the gift of organ donation. In collaboration with the clinical team, you will assess the compatibility of organs for recipients and expedite the surgical and technical processes to package and transfer organs for transplant quickly and safely. You will work alongside hospital personnel and surgeons to facilitate this lifesaving gift. This position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the community by facilitating all aspects of making organ donation happen.
