Gardner Health Services, headquartered in San Jose, California, operates within the hospitals and health care industry to deliver comprehensive medical support across the region. Founded in 1967 through collaboration between local community members and Stanford Medical School, the organization began as a small clinic serving farm workers in the Alviso area. Over five decades, it has grown to address diverse community needs, now offering medical, dental, vision, counseling, and substance use services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
The organization serves as a vital component of the social safety net in Silicon Valley, a region where over 350,000 residents struggle to meet basic needs.
