About the Role

You will conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, both onsite and through our patented hybrid platform. This role involves diagnosing ocular conditions and creating personalized treatment plans while educating patients on preventative eye care, including the importance of regular annual exams, sun protection, and proper contact lens care.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment as a brand ambassador representing our values within the organization and in the community. The role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time options, allowing you to work in any of our 26 state locations. You will collaborate with a dedicated store team that enhances the patient's experience and reduces administrative tasks, supported by a centralized support center that allows you to focus on patient care.
