About the Role
CEENTA is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Ophthalmic Assistant to support our Providers in delivering high‑quality patient care. In this role, you'll perform clinical testing, assist with exams and procedures, and help keep our busy ophthalmic clinics running smoothly.
A Typical Day
You'll welcome patients, complete diagnostic testing, assist Providers with exams and procedures, document findings in the EHR, prepare rooms and equipment, schedule services, respond to patient messages, and help keep the clinic running efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to build advanced testing and procedural skills, cross‑train with leading subspecialists, and help us deliver efficient, high‑quality care to every patient, every visit.

(CEENTA) position, applicants should have: High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry; ICA-accredited training or IJCAHPO/AAO independent study program preferred; COA or COT certification preferred; and BLS certification preferred.
