When you join the BILH team, you are not just taking a job; you are making a difference in people's lives. As a Medical Assistant at our Primary Care-Mt. Auburn location, you will provide high-quality, direct patient care within a collaborative, team-based model. You will support smooth and efficient administrative and clinical operations while building long-term, empathetic relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
In this role, you will be the liaison between patients and the practice staff, ensuring optimal flow and service delivery. Your day will involve facilitating timely patient visits, updating medication and allergy lists, and acting as a bridge between patients and providers. You will contribute to population health efforts by leading conversations on quality goals, conducting outreach for health maintenance, and assisting with basic health coaching. Working under the supervision of the Practice Manager, you will help create an environment where patients from all backgrounds feel respected and cared for.
