About the Team

Pearle Vision is a growing team dedicated to delivering a great patient experience in our optometric offices. We are looking for self-motivated and accountable leaders who are passionate about building teams and fostering ongoing relationships with our patients.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our retail operation, responsible for managing all facets of the store while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Your top priority is ensuring our patients have the best experience possible. You will guide employee and team development, coach sales behaviors, and mentor staff on patient care techniques to drive retention and satisfaction.

This role is for someone who is ready to "eat, sleep, and breathe" the eye care industry. You will need a deep working knowledge of vision and medical insurance plans, strong technical skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mentality. You will drive sales by merchandising the store, managing inventory, and fostering a retail selling culture, all while building professional relationships with associates and doctors.

Hiring Process

We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment. Certification as an optician or optometric technician is preferred, or the ability to achieve it within one year of hire.
