Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct comprehensive patient workups including medical history and visual acuity testing
- check_circleProvide clinical assistance during procedures and serve as a medical scribe for EHR documentation
- check_circleMaintain efficient patient flow and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized
- check_circleMaintain professional certifications through training and continuing education programs
- check_circlePerform specialized diagnostic testing such as Intraocular Pressure and Visual Fields
- check_circleParticipate in rotating after-hours emergency call schedules to support ophthalmologists
- check_circleOperate advanced imaging equipment including OCT, OCTA, FA, and FP
- check_circleEducate patients on pre-operative and post-operative instructions and medication administration
