About the Role

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Operations Training Support professional to join our team at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting squadron aircrew training and readiness programs. Your work will ensure strict compliance with Air Force training requirements, serving as a vital link between administrative precision and operational readiness. You will manage the lifecycle of training data, from updating databases and maintaining student records to administering exams and coordinating schedules. Additionally, you will assist in curriculum development and provide leadership with regular training summaries and readiness updates.
