About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. Your mission is to build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and that all opening and closing procedures are completed.
Your day will involve working effectively with store management and crews, supervising activities, and communicating information both to and from the team. You will assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints while promoting a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching to help them grow.
