As an Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting CBP's acquisition, real property management, and funding management initiatives. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured federal environment. You will assist in managing acquisition activities, developing necessary documentation, and monitoring procurement timelines to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and reviewing acquisition documents, preparing Market Research and Findings of Alternations (AoA) documentation, and managing real property and asset data within TRIRIGA. You will also be responsible for creating cost estimates, tracking budgets, and managing funding through Purchase Requisition Requests and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to support project execution, including reporting, quality assurance, and risk management.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an active Secret clearance. You must also be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance and pass all pre-employment qualifications required by Cherokee Federal.
