As the Operations Project Portfolio Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for the full spectrum of Operations projects within our medical device manufacturing environment. This role is critical for ensuring that sustaining engineering, cost-improvement initiatives, lifecycle management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs are executed with precision, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
You will manage a dedicated team of Project Managers while acting as the primary liaison between Operations and key functions including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Your mission is to drive predictable execution and cross-functional alignment, ensuring every project adheres to FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and global medical device regulations.
In this position, you will foster a high-performing PMO culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. You will guide teams through complex processes such as process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and design transfer, while providing the visibility and decision support needed to navigate risks and constraints effectively.

Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification. Experience with Class II or Class III medical devices, combination products, or electromechanical systems. Lean/Six Sigma certification. Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), PLM tools, or ERP/MRP systems. Experience managing both NPI and sustaining engineering portfolios. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, or related technical field required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
