The Role

The MPD Supervisor serves as the strategic leader for field operations, responsible for supervising a team that includes MPD Rotating Control Device Specialists and MPD Control Systems Specialists. This role requires close collaboration with key on-site personnel, including Company Men, Directional Drillers, Data Techs, Drilling Foremen, and Drillers.

You will act as the primary representative for the client on-site, managing relationships and expectations while demonstrating and explaining MPD technology. The position is pivotal in providing strategic customer information regarding product and service requirements, ensuring post-well satisfaction, and optimizing service quality to drive business growth. You will oversee the full lifecycle of Managed Pressure Drilling jobs, from pre-planning and logistics to the supervision of on-site personnel and post-well performance reporting.
