ERock is a leader and innovator in Electrical Resiliency-As-A-Service. Our advanced dual-purpose microgrids protect companies, critical infrastructure, and communities from unexpected power outages, ensuring business continuity and civic durability. Powered by our revolutionary GraniteEcosystem™ software, our solutions utilize natural gas and renewable natural gas (RNG) to drive the nation's most dependable microgrids, producing significantly lower to zero carbon emissions compared to traditional diesel backup generators.
The ERock solution brings together patented technologies, advanced dual-purpose microgrid designs, and integrated end-to-end services to provide 24/7/365 monitoring, optimization, and forecasts. The Power is On, and we keep it on.
We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Operations Manager to lead site operations at an assigned ERock power generation facility. This role is the heartbeat of the site, responsible for building, leading, and sustaining a high-performing operations team that delivers safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
As the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day execution of operations across all generation and balance-of-plant systems. You will establish the operational structure, manage shift coverage, and drive training programs to ensure consistent execution aligned with company standards. This position operates within ERock's management model, partnering closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and corporate functional teams to ensure operational readiness and long-term performance. You will report directly to the Site Manager and serve as a key interface between site operations and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with company standards while maintaining ownership of site execution.
ERock is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, including military service. Veterans with experience leading teams, managing operations, or overseeing mission-critical systems are highly encouraged to apply. Skills gained in military service—such as operational discipline, safety leadership, maintenance execution, and personnel management—are directly transferable to this role and highly valued in our site operations.
At ERock, we embrace diversity, including all the unique characteristics that make us human: race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, and education. We understand and recognize that diverse backgrounds and perspectives strengthen our teams and our business. The foundation of our diversity efforts is closely tied to our core values, specifically our value of "The Team," which includes "Mutual Respect, Openness, and Honesty."
