About the Role
The Operations Manager serves as a strategic leader focused on fundamental business issues, including risk management, revenue growth, and cost control. This role provides direct oversight for all DDI branches, clients, and subcontractors within the assigned area. Beyond operational execution, the position is dedicated to cultivating talent through leadership, coaching, and direction, ensuring a high-performing organizational culture.
The Operations Manager acts as the regional escalation point for branch-level issues, interacting regularly with customers, sales personnel, third parties, and internal departments. The goal is to proactively identify opportunities and resolve business challenges while maintaining a customer satisfaction culture that meets all service commitments.
Hiring Process
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate supervisory experience, particularly within a transportation environment, and their proficiency in P&L management. The selection process prioritizes strong analytical skills, command of Excel, and the ability to effectively communicate and motivate teams.
