We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Operations Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our office. Reporting directly to the President, this role is equal parts problem-solver, culture carrier, process improver, and workplace quarterback.\n You will be the critical link ensuring the organization operates efficiently and professionally. Your day-to-day will involve creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and partners alike. From onboarding new team members to coordinating complex technology systems, managing office operations, and supporting employee administration, you will keep day-to-day logistics moving seamlessly.
In this position, you will directly oversee Office Management and the Director of First Impressions/reception function. You will partner across departments to support operational consistency and champion the company's continued push toward modernization and smarter systems. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-forward, and calm under pressure, energized by creating structure in fast-moving environments. You are someone who notices what needs to get done before being asked and enjoys making things work better for everyone around you.
