About the Role
As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey designed to immerse you in the core of our operations. This role is for those driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Through a structured, hands-on program, you will master the skills necessary to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams.
Your journey begins with an eight-week training period, rotating through key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. Upon completion, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet performance, revenue, and employee management. With dedicated mentorship, you will have the opportunity to advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 company.
Hiring Process
This position is based in Lihue, Hawaii, and requires regular, on-site presence. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and possess the flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
