About the Team
The Test Engineering team operates across the entire spectrum of Anduril's products, ranging from Lattice Ghost UAS and Sentry Tower to cUAS and other advanced platforms. We conduct full system-level development testing, new aircraft development, and sub-component qualification testing. In short, if it involves test, we support it.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn the end-to-end test coordination process across all programs and multiple test sites
- check_circleEstablish and manage an in-take process for test event requirements
- check_circleSchedule test events and ensure resources, equipment, documentation, and communications are handled effectively
- check_circleMaintain and communicate a comprehensive schedule of test events across internal and external test ranges
- check_circleSupport the internal test range website pages with documentation, safety protocols, and operations manuals
- check_circleMaintain a roster of test range relationships to ensure broad testing capabilities
- check_circleSupport the T&E Manager in test evaluation, approval processes, and resource allocation
Requirements
- verifiedProject management experience in technical fields
- verifiedExpertise in business systems: AirTable, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana
- verifiedBS degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Experience working with DoD or DoE test ranges to coordinate flight tests. Experience with cUAS, UAS, or other autonomous flight test programs.
