Your day-to-day activities involve tracking project-related activities, coordinating logistics, and preparing meeting materials to ensure expectations are met. You will also play a key role in monitoring and improving existing processes, from maintaining benefit plans to executing the optimization of standard and non-standard workflows. Additionally, you will support legal, regulatory, and compliance adherence by assisting in the dissemination of updated policies and guidelines to clinicians and staff, ensuring our operations align with federal, state, and local regulations.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured evaluation to assess their fit for our team and the specific demands of the position. The process typically includes:

  1. Initial Screening: A review of your background and alignment with the core requirements.

  3. Final Review: Assessment of cultural fit and readiness to contribute to our strategic goals.

Our Culture & Commitment

We foster an environment where team members are encouraged to learn new skills, acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses, and take action to leverage them for career growth. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and expect all team members to support these principles in their daily work.
