This position serves as a Research Coordinator for a post-doctoral fellowship within the Institute, working directly under Dr. Charles Benight on a National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded project. The role is designed to drive the day-to-day operations of a critical study focused on understanding and predicting recovery and coping dynamics following acute traumatic injury.
The successful candidate will act as a central hub for research activities, managing multi-source data collection and analysis. This role is vital for translating complex research into actionable insights, involving the preparation of manuscripts and grant proposals. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact trauma psychology research while supervising research assistants and facilitating program activities in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
