About the Role
ATEC is dedicated to advancing spine surgery technologies through rigorous scientific inquiry. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical research and product value, focusing on the generation of robust scientific evidence. You will lead the design and execution of clinical studies for ATEC's implant, biologics, and surgical procedure portfolio, ensuring that research outcomes clearly demonstrate clinical impact.
In this position, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D teams to identify evidence gaps and align research initiatives with broader business objectives. Your day-to-day involves building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to foster clinician collaboration and credibility. You will manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and traceability, while translating complex findings into clear technical documentation, conference abstracts, manuscripts, and training materials for both internal and external audiences.
