As an Operations Analyst II – Material & Equipment Governance, you will oversee capital planning and governance for Global Commercial Operations. This role serves as a critical bridge between Field Operations, Network Implementation, Standards, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Product, and R&D. Your mission is to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting, maintain consistent test equipment standards, manage vendor relationships effectively, and enforce compliant material governance. You will drive process and system improvements through data analysis and cross-functional coordination for trials, migrations, and operational readiness.

Telecommunications industry experience and familiarity with large-scale Enterprise National & Enterprise Local Field Operations. Experience with material standards, company-wide material approval/governance, and operational compliance. Experience leading or coordinating R&D initiatives and lab/field trials for new technologies or equipment. Experience in vendor negotiations and ongoing vendor relationship management. Project management experience supporting systems migrations and operational readiness initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience.
