As an Operations Analyst II – Material & Equipment Governance, you will oversee capital planning and governance for Global Commercial Operations. This role serves as a critical bridge between Field Operations, Network Implementation, Standards, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Product, and R&D. Your mission is to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting, maintain consistent test equipment standards, manage vendor relationships effectively, and enforce compliant material governance. You will drive process and system improvements through data analysis and cross-functional coordination for trials, migrations, and operational readiness.
If you are selected for a position, there will be a background screen, which may include checks for criminal records, motor vehicle reports, and/or drug screening, depending on the position requirements. Background results will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Telecommunications industry experience and familiarity with large-scale Enterprise National & Enterprise Local Field Operations. Experience with material standards, company-wide material approval/governance, and operational compliance. Experience leading or coordinating R&D initiatives and lab/field trials for new technologies or equipment. Experience in vendor negotiations and ongoing vendor relationship management. Project management experience supporting systems migrations and operational readiness initiatives.
Skills: Sap/s4hana, Power Apps, Microsoft Excel, Capital Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Case Analysis, Spend Governance, Performance Reporting, Data Analysis, Data Visualization.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience.
