WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is a tribally-owned management consulting firm dedicated to providing high-impact services to U.S. government agencies. Our team is a tenacious group of professionals located globally, comprising military veterans, spouses of active-duty troops, former federal employees, policy experts, academics, attorneys, and technical specialists. We share a strong work ethic and the skills to succeed in both collaborative and independent environments.
At WWC Global, our employees are the embodiment of our success. We are invested in the long-term success of both our clients and colleagues for the right reasons. Our dedication to putting good government into practice is underpinned by a merit-based culture that measures success by productivity and credibility.
WWC Global is seeking an Operational Planning & Posture Subject Matter Expert (SME) to staff a position at MARFORPAC G-5 within Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). This role serves as the branch's technical and functional authority for deliberate planning support and posture-related planning integration.
The Operational Planning & Posture SME defines and sustains planning-support rigor—establishing standards, quality gates, and expert advisory mechanisms—to ensure high-visibility products remain coherent, defensible, and aligned with guidance across the Joint Planning and Execution Community (JPEC). Unlike the Senior role, this position does not own daily suspense tracking or battle rhythm execution. Instead, the SME intervenes specifically where complexity, risk, or ambiguity threatens outcomes, resolving the hardest integration problems and recommending defensible tradeoffs.
Pursuant to PL 93-638, as amended, preference will be given to qualified Native Americans and spouses in all phases of employment. WWC Global is committed to equal employment opportunity based on merit. We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, in accordance with EO 14173 and Federal Employment Laws.
We will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants who are unable to utilize our online application system due to a disability. Requests should be sent to the Human Resources Team. Our Affirmative Action Program is available for inspection upon request during normal business hours.
This position is contingent on award. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. U.S. Citizenship is required.
