As an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring that equipment, processes, and information flow smoothly to help drive exceptional patient care. You will be the bridge between advanced technology and clinical excellence, working directly within operating rooms to anticipate device needs and provide timely adjustments.
Your day-to-day involves preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure full readiness before each procedure. You will troubleshoot both routine and complex equipment issues using independent judgment to minimize downtime, while collaborating with surgeons, biomedical staff, and central processing teams to build strong working relationships. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strict adherence to safety and privacy standards, and the ability to educate clinical staff on product use.
