About the Role
As an Operations Assistant for Sonic Clinical Trials, you will play a vital part in the execution of clinical studies. Your primary focus is supporting clinical trial kitting activities, ensuring the accurate assembly, quality control, and timely distribution of study materials. You will work in close partnership with Project Management and Client Support Services teams to maintain efficient study operations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare, assemble, and quality check clinical trial kits in accordance with study protocols and SOPs
- check_circlePrint and process supply orders, labels, and study materials including investigator laboratory manuals
- check_circlePackage shipments and coordinate distribution to clinical trial sites
- check_circleMonitor kitting materials and perform routine stock checks to ensure accurate inventory systems
- check_circleMaintain organized documentation including filing and archiving in line with SOPs and regulatory standards
- check_circleExecute resupply orders and assist with team training as needed
Requirements

- verifiedCompetent computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications

Prior experience in operations, warehouse, or production support.
