About the Role
This position serves as the primary liaison for quality-related data and reporting, bridging the gap between complex data repositories and hospital leadership. The role exists to ensure that strategic goals for the organizational Quality Pillar are grounded in accurate, validated data and actionable insights.
In this capacity, you will collaborate across departments to gather and synthesize information for reports and graphical displays. Your work involves utilizing statistical expertise to research benchmarks for key quality indicators and developing corrective action or Performance Improvement (PI) plans. You will present data analysis and recommendations to project teams, leadership, and task forces, ensuring that quality concepts are communicated clearly to drive operational excellence.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or related field
- verified3-5 years of Business Administration, Statistics, and/or Healthcare Quality and Performance Improvement experience
- verifiedAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Health Services Administration or related field preferred
