About the Team

Research and Development at Procter & Gamble, the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world, includes a diverse group of roles that contribute to the innovation and development of our products. This encompasses roles in product research, formulation, testing, and scientific analysis, offering variety and excitement starting Day 1.

The Family Care Organization delights consumers with iconic brands like Bounty, Charmin, and Puffs. This team is critical to our product development pipeline, focusing on the creation of new products and process approaches.

About the Role

As a Family Care Process Research Lab Associate Researcher, you will join an entry-level team designed for individuals with demonstrated mechanical aptitude who are inspired by hands-on equipment maintenance, operation, and experimentation. Your work will be predominantly execution and procedure-oriented within a lab or Process Research Lab (PRL) setting.

You will swiftly integrate into the team, quickly becoming a key contributor on important Family Care Projects. From Day 1, you will feel the ownership of your work, with specific areas of responsibility assigned immediately. You will operate, maintain, and improve product making lines while conducting hands-on experimentation and basic science procedures.

Your development and growth in this role are critical to the organization. We utilize a "Step-Up Card" approach to ensure you receive comprehensive training and qualifications in new skills, setting you up for success. You will work with passionate people, receiving formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager in a dynamic and encouraging environment.

Hiring Process & Application

We are hiring for multiple roles at designated locations within the Cincinnati, OH area, specifically at the Winton Hill Business Center or the Test Stand Development Center. Depending on the specific role, opportunities are available at either location.

Candidates must be prepared to relocate at their own cost if not currently local to the area, as relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
