About the Role
As a Family Care Process Research Lab Associate Researcher, you will join an entry-level role designed for individuals with demonstrated mechanical aptitude who are inspired by hands-on equipment maintenance, operation, and experimentation. You will find variety and excitement starting Day 1, with work predominantly focused on execution and procedural tasks in a lab or Process Research Lab (PRL) setting.
You will swiftly integrate into the team, quickly becoming a key contributor on important Family Care Projects. Your development and growth in this role are critical for the organization and will provide you with future opportunities. We utilize a "Step-Up Card" approach to ensure you receive comprehensive training and qualifications in new skills, setting you up for success.
Hiring Process & Application
We are hiring for multiple roles at designated locations within the Cincinnati, OH area, specifically at the Winton Hill Business Center or the Test Stand Development Center. Candidates must be prepared to relocate at their own cost if not currently local to the area, as relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
