About the Role

ZT Systems is seeking an ambitious EHS Program Manager to support our Georgetown Factory. This role is designed to drive ownership of safety, health, and environmental impacts by applying human and organizational principles. The focus is on engagement, learning from events, training, and systems-level problem-solving.

In this position, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve programs within the EHS Management System framework in partnership with the broader EHS and Infrastructure teams. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as conformance to ISO standards. The role requires actively working with factory stakeholders to ensure that Production and Factory changes result in improved controls of risks to health, safety, and the environment.
