About the Role

This role is designed for a passionate Operating Room RN ready to jump-start their career in an ambulatory setting. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to the patient experience, ensuring safe and effective nursing care from the moment a patient enters your care until they are transferred to recovery.

In this position, you will contribute your expertise in either the circulating or scrub role. Your day will involve overseeing instrument and equipment setup, anticipating surgeon needs, and facilitating efficient transitions between surgical procedures. You will coordinate room activities during cases, manage patient care and medications (including anesthesia assistance), and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate in accordance with protocols. A key focus of the role is utilizing appropriate body mechanics to safely move patients, preventing injury while maintaining a high standard of care.
