We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse for our ambulatory surgery center who demonstrates the values of our company by caring like family. You will be an amazing addition to our team, contributing your expertise in the circulating or scrub role to ensure safe and effective nursing care from the start of the procedure until the patient is transferred to recovery.
In this role, you will oversee instrument and equipment setup, utilizing preference cards and anticipating surgeons' needs. You will coordinate the room during cases, facilitate efficient transitions between procedures, and manage patient care and medication, including assistance with anesthesia. Your focus will be on utilizing appropriate body mechanics to prevent injury and ensuring chart completeness in accordance with documentation protocols.
