About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Open Heart team. This role is designed for those passionate about the patient experience who want to deliver quality health care in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As an RN in the Operating Room setting, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care tailored to each patient's individual needs. Your day will involve recognizing and addressing urgent surgical situations, monitoring patient vitals and medical status, and ensuring the operating room is fully prepared with necessary supplies and sterilized for optimal safety. This position offers a unique opportunity to foster continuity of care and make a tangible impact on the lives of patients undergoing open heart procedures.
