Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years' experience with commercial building systems and maintenance procedures

- verifiedKnowledge of building management systems (BAS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- verifiedAbility to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work orders
- verifiedEPA Universal Technician for CFCs, HVAC, Fire Pump, and HVAC certifications (highly desirable)
