Under limited supervision, you will set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair assigned equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met. This role serves as a critical escalation point for lower-level technicians and involves performing root cause analysis on major downtime events. You will document all maintenance issues in logs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), while also assisting with facility and building project work such as repairs, installations, and maintaining operation logs for fire pumps, generators, and HVAC systems.
The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will be expected to work overtime and be available for on-call requests as needed, with occasional travel (up to 10%) for business purposes within and outside the state.

Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent. Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification. At least 3 years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet. Ability to work overtime and must be available for on-call requests as needed.
Skills: Microsoft Excel, PLC Logic, CMMS, Fork Truck, Lock Out/tag Out, Arc Flash, Ppe.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or HVAC preferred.
