- check_circlePerform diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on pumps, motors, valves, and rotating equipment
- check_circleExecute preventive maintenance routines on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems
- check_circleConduct welding, fabrication, and pipefitting tasks for system maintenance and repairs
- check_circleTroubleshoot system malfunctions and respond to alarms to minimize downtime

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified5 years experience operating hydronic boiler and chiller systems
- verifiedState or local boiler operator license
- verifiedEPA 608 Universal Certification
- verifiedExperience maintaining commercial building systems
- verifiedProficiency in welding, pipefitting, pump/motor repair, and mechanical alignment
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS systems
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Technical or trade school certification in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC technology. Knowledge of vibration analysis tools, cooling tower operations, and wastewater treatment systems. OSHA 10 or 30 certification with strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard recognition. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with EPA regulations, environmental compliance practices, and regulatory documentation requirements.
