We are seeking an experienced Google CX / CCaaS Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, integration, and optimization of scalable customer experience and intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) solutions for an enterprise BFSI client. In this long-term, onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve as the technical anchor for complex contact center modernization initiatives, bridging the gap between business strategy and cloud execution.
You will drive the evolution of conversational AI by designing robust IVR flows, NLU/NLP models, and intent orchestration strategies. Your work will directly impact how the organization handles customer interactions, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences through the integration of Google Dialogflow CX, Five9, and a resilient Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. This position requires a leader who can not only architect secure, high-availability systems but also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
