The Enterprise Solution Consultant supports Five9's strategic resell partners by helping them position, sell, and design cloud contact center solutions for enterprise customers. This role blends technical sales, solution consulting, partner enablement, and enterprise architecture. As a trusted advisor across partner-led sales cycles, you will help translate business needs into clear Five9 solution designs, demos, and technical guidance.
You will serve as a technical advisor for strategic opportunities, leading discovery sessions, demos, presentations, and technical workshops. Your work involves helping partners and customers understand Five9 capabilities, integrations, AI, telephony, and CCaaS architecture. You will also support solution validation, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning, while creating partner-facing enablement materials and demo flows. Additionally, you will share partner and customer feedback with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to improve partner readiness and deal execution.
This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50-mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is hybrid and would require 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our San Ramon office.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The US base salary range for this role is $93,900 - $218,200 USD. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package during your hiring process. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Experience with Five9, CCaaS, telecom, or contact center. Salesforce administration or CRM integration experience. Exposure to Google Cloud, AI, automation, or conversational AI. Zendesk or ServiceNow experience. Implementation, configuration, or hands-on technical delivery experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
