This is a property ownership role based onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. You will manage at least 30 units, serving as the primary point of contact for member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. Your day-to-day involves overseeing reservations across Landing's platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com, resolving member issues across multiple channels, and reporting on property performance.
Living onsite places you at the center of the action, allowing you to respond immediately to issues and build genuine, in-person relationships with guests and property partners. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-velocity environments, make decisions with incomplete information while prioritizing customer experience, and build systems while simultaneously using them. If you have experience in hotel operations, short-term rental portfolios, or high-volume hospitality, you will recognize the unique challenges and opportunities of this position.
