Williston, North Dakota: Where Your Oncology Expertise Makes a Profound Difference
Are you an Oncology physician seeking a practice where your specialized skills are not just needed, but profoundly life-changing? In Williston, you will join a community that deeply values and genuinely relies on your dedicated care, offering a life that provides both exceptional professional reward and unparalleled personal opportunity.
CHI St. Alexius Health Williston is recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Oncologist to join their facility. This is a rare opportunity to establish a comprehensive Oncology practice from the ground up, shaping its vision and scope to best serve the community's needs while aligning perfectly with your professional aspirations.
In Williston, you are not just another Oncologist; you are a beacon of hope and resilience for a rapidly growing and dynamic community. You will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients through critical journeys with cancer, becoming a trusted regional expert. Your work will provide essential, often life-saving care that would otherwise necessitate arduous and frequent travel for our residents seeking specialized treatment.
You will manage a diverse caseload encompassing various cancer types, offering both medical oncology and potentially hematology services. Operating within a modern, well-equipped hospital and clinic setting, you will have access to advanced diagnostic imaging and chemotherapy infusion suites, supported by a collaborative team of primary care physicians, radiologists, surgeons, and dedicated oncology nurses.
This role allows you to lead the charge in cancer care for the region, implementing best practices and fostering a multidisciplinary approach. With minimal competition, you will quickly develop a thriving practice and build profound, long-term relationships with your patients and their families, providing not just medical treatment but also critical emotional support and guidance through their most challenging times.
This position offers a unique chance to build a patient-centered program in a community that needs you. You will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) in a full-time capacity, utilizing excellent interpersonal and leadership skills within a team-based care delivery model. As a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer, the organization supports your commitment to creating healthier communities.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
