As an On-Site Property Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. This field-based role involves overseeing property and team management functions within a designated market, providing hands-on support to ensure residents receive outstanding service from day one. You will serve as the lead representative on-site, conducting home tours, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and building relationships across your assigned community.
In this dynamic environment, you will ensure homes and community spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards. Your day-to-day will include managing resident move-ins and outs, resolving issues, optimizing property performance to achieve financial targets, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state-specific landlord/tenant laws. You will also coordinate with internal teams on HOA and code enforcement communications while leveraging CRM tools to maintain records and drive leasing strategies.
