About the Role
The Product Engineer at Armstrong International plays a critical role in the development, enhancement, and support of our product portfolio. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs while maintaining the high-quality standards Armstrong is known for.
You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Your day-to-day involves finding, designing, and enhancing products, conducting testing and validation to ensure performance and compliance, and providing technical support to sales teams and customers. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize designs and processes while preparing detailed engineering documentation.
This role demands the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of a manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and grow within the position.
