This role sits within a regional service center dedicated to the inspection, repair, and overhaul (IRO) of complex rotating equipment.
About the Role
This is a highly visible Engineering Manager position based onsite in Houston, TX. You will serve as the technical leader for the regional service center, managing both engineering and quality functions. Your primary mission is to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery for customer commitments while supporting the broader global engineering team.
In this role, you will partner closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to drive technical excellence. You will lead a team of four other mechanical engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and technical direction. The position requires a balance of deep technical expertise in rotating equipment (gearboxes, power transmission systems) and strong leadership to manage complex repair projects, from teardown evaluations to final assembly and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
