This position is located in Seminole, OK. The Electric Motor Design Engineer will lead reverse engineering projects for DC and AC motors, serving as a vital link between simulation, physical testing, and manufacturing. You will drive the development of new motor platforms while analyzing competitor products to recommend design improvements. Your work will ensure that designs are not only high-performing but also optimized for manufacturability and compliant with industry standards.
In this role, you will own the development of validation methodologies to correlate simulation results with physical test data. You will guide programs through production launch, including supplier selection and qualification, while supporting prototyping, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical products where your expertise directly impacts the reliability of aerospace systems.
