The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst supports the Company's external financial reporting and SEC compliance processes, playing a key role in the preparation and filing of periodic and current SEC reports. This role partners closely with the VP of Financial Reporting and accounting stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
You will have hands-on responsibility for preparing financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, XBRL tagging, and supporting schedules for Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, while assisting with earnings releases and other external reporting deliverables. The position also involves supporting disclosure governance, technical accounting research, SOX compliance related to financial reporting, and the effective use of Workiva. You will perform all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, as well as all applicable U.S. state and federal laws and regulations.
