The Dr. Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center is a 60-bed inpatient psychiatric facility dedicated to providing comprehensive, timely forensic evaluations to determine pre-trial competency and criminal responsibility. We are seeking a talented and motivated Office Support Specialist II to support the Social Work Department, including admissions, discharge, and forensic liaison functions. This role involves performing both routine and complex administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties.
In this position, you will manage complex coordination, data management, and tracking. You will compose reports, create graphs, and handle word processing tasks while supporting clinical staff through scheduling meetings, distributing notices, and maintaining accurate records. You will serve as a key point of contact for the admissions intake process, ensuring legal information from court clinicians is distributed appropriately and that Universal Referral Packages are compiled and sent to community providers.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off.
