We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our daily operations and support our team. This full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday, serves as the operational backbone of our practice, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers.
In this role, you will conduct daily morning huddles, manage patient check-ins, and oversee the creation of treatment plans and financial estimates. You will handle the financial side of the practice by posting insurance and patient payments, collecting copays, and following up on outstanding balances. A key part of your day involves scheduling patient appointments and creating efficient schedules for doctors and hygienists, while also running monthly reports to track performance.
Beyond administrative duties, you will oversee the team of employees, providing necessary coaching and training. Success in this position requires a strong ability to delegate tasks, manage performance, and communicate effectively with both staff and patients. While prior dental experience is preferred, a proven track record in leadership and office management is essential.
The role is based in a typical office environment. It involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The position may occasionally require lifting items up to 15 pounds.
