Established in 2018, Bridges of Colorado places Service Professionals across the state's 23 judicial districts to serve defendants with significant mental health needs. Recognized nationwide as a promising practice, Bridges focuses on the whole person to address disparities often experienced by this population in the criminal justice system. At its core, the organization is rooted in person-centered advocacy, solution-focused collaboration, and a deep commitment to the inherent worth and dignity of every participant.
The Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of Bridges, exemplifying our values of being person-centered, solution-focused, and collaborative. This dynamic position ensures the office runs smoothly by delivering responsive customer service to employees regarding their operational needs. You will be the in-person contact for the Denver main office, managing everything from workspace creation and equipment requests to fleet and parking logistics.
In this role, you will not only maintain internal systems and track resources but also proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline administrative processes. You will act as the administrative liaison to the Bridges Commission, assisting with meeting planning, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, capable of making thoughtful decisions independently while supporting the organization's evolving mission.
At Bridges, we value lived experience in all forms. If you have been formally justice-involved or have experiences within the criminal justice and behavioral systems outside of formal education and work experience, we want to know. We encourage you to discuss how your lived experience may be considered as a substitution for minimum qualifications.
To apply, please submit a resume, cover letter, and a list of three references (two of which must be professional) via the application portal. Incomplete applications will not be considered. For any inquiries regarding the application process or to discuss how your lived experience may substitute for qualifications, please contact Jori Dovey, People & Culture Director, at jori.dovey@bridgesofcolorado.gov.
If offered employment, candidates must be current Colorado residents (or become residents within 30 days), possess reliable transportation, and be willing to submit to a routine background investigation.
Bridges of Colorado is an equal opportunity employer committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals and provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process and employment.
